Behind The British and Irish Steam Packet Company doors | Dublin Ghost Signs

Behind the doors of The British and Irish Steam Packet Company on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay in Dublin 2, there is a car park with hand-painted signs on the brickwork. I first saw images of these signs on Karolina Badzmierowska’s instagram feed a few months ago, but failed on numerous attempts to get into the car park, until recently.

I’m not sure whether these signs are ghost signs or leftover from a film set, but either way, they might not be around for much longer as this building is supposedly due for demolition in 2017, like many others along that stretch of Sir John Rogerson’s Quay.
